This app is a tool for staff and users authorised by VR.CL to access the company's internal systems. It only opens and connects to systems hosted on VR.CL's own servers.

1. Data we collect — (a) the username of the account used to sign in; (b) work data users enter into the system, such as production orders, customer information needed for work, and stock; (c) photos and files the user selects or captures to attach to records; (d) technical server logs, such as access times, for security and troubleshooting.
2. Data we do not collect — location, on-device contacts, private messages. There is no advertising and no tracking of users across other apps or websites.
3. Device permissions — camera and photo library are used only when the user chooses to attach a picture. Notifications show photo-upload and file-download progress.
4. Purpose — to provide the app's functionality, manage user accounts, and keep the system secure. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
5. Disclosure — data is sent only to VR.CL's servers and is not disclosed to third parties, except infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf under our instructions, or where required by law.
6. Security — connections are encrypted (HTTPS); access is limited to authorised accounts; credentials are stored in the device's secure storage.
7. Retention — kept as long as needed for operations and as required by law; when an account is closed, its data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable time.
8. Your rights — you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at support@808l.me.
9. Children — this app is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes — if this policy changes we will update the effective date above.
